Spent Friday on Lake Ontario in search of Brown Trout. By the end of the day I had 5.
It was very cool in the morning with the truck reading -3 degrees but we suited up and it was worth it!
My 3 best!
I'm told it's crappie time now!

Very nice pay-off there, Birdee, for braving the cold temp's.
Those are just the prettiest fish.
I'm happy for you (but also jealous, if we're being honest)!

Geez...wanna borrow my boat too?..
Running stickbaits and blades off of small Church boards again as I was in my last report...1.8 to 2.0 mph...depending on wave action that would dictate my lead....hot colour changes with sunlight levels...
Find dirty water near a creek or river off of the lake and you'll likely find Browns...for a few more weeks anyways....
