OK, spring has finnally gotten here so it's time for my annual pike post. What's your killer pike lure? I mean your no fail always gets em lure! Would like to see who's is what's! Joe.

I enjoy the Rapella Subwalk i caught many pike on opening season. They just inhaled it.

1/4 oz black spinnerbait w silver willows when my wife is in the boat.
A red/white deceiver when she isn't.

For spring pike in the cooler waters .. this is my goto bait. Casts a mile and just seems to have the look that they want to see. No knockoffs though.

for years it was a hand tied 3/4oz black buck tail jig. after much experimenting last year I was really impressed with a Fork Lake 6" swimbait.

spring ... buzzbait...
summer in dence weed... spinnerbaits gets them out....
fall........for the beasts ..... anything with bucktail works great...

Mine is a one oz black spinner bait with gold blades. When I miss a fish slop. Will toss In a tube and steal my fish!!

The five of diamonds spoon. I've also used a jointed hard bait that's yellow with red diamonds.
