Lake Trout from the North

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Lake Trout from the North

Post by The Nipigon »

Hello Fellow Hawkers, Just a short report as the weather was hinging on "going nasty" I decided to make a quick run out to Jessie and fire a juicy smelt down the hole and with in minutes the bite was lite but with a little finesse another fine Laker pulled through the ice. I have enough now to fire up the smoker....mmmmm 8)

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, fishing rod in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!."
