Bullhead fishing near Franktown

I posted the same topic back here a good month ago and some nice fellow sent me a location near Rideau Ferry to go fishing offshore for bullheads. I never wrote it down and haven't taken the kids out yet. I have tried everything I know to find the post again. :( The title was almost the same as this one. Can the person write me again please?
