I'm planning a holliday to Ontario in september,
Because I often fish carp in the Netherlands, I would like to try to catch some in Canada too,
Does anyone have some tips and information to get me started.
I'm planning to spend some time west of ottawa city nearby the river ottawa. But I haven't booked anything yet so my options are open for any other good swims in ontario.
Is carp fishing any good there? What are the best locations? Are there any webpages where I can find more information?

Welcome to Fish-Hawk Anton...if you do decide to stay west of Ottawa near the Ottawa River, let me know and maybe we can get out on my boat to try for some Muskie hunting if you're interested :)

Welcome to the Hawk Anton..

If your into a real work out the Ottawa River is a good place for Bass.. those Carpo are nothing compared to some of the big bass out there...Lots of bigins that love a good fight with a baitcaster....
