Low Water Levels on the Ottawa River

Hi Folks,

I thought I'd give a report on the Ottawa River water level below the Fitzroy Dam as of this morning....I haven't seen the water this low in the 20yrs I have lived on this part of the river. :shock: :shock: :shock:

For those of you planning to do boating here in the Constance Bay area, be extremely careful as the shoals are now just below and some are now above the water....the same goes for the sunken deadheads....some are now only 12" from the surface.

:shock: :shock: :shock: insane levels there for sure...That one of the beach shows where high tide was once but it must be at least 30-50ft below high tide line. Can you walk across to Quebec from there??? :lol:

will go back up with the rain we are gething now and tomrow and saturday.. :?
