2nd annual Mr.J. toothy critter derby Sunday September 16

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

2nd annual Mr.J. toothy critter derby Sunday September 16

Post by Mr.J. »

That's right folks it is time for the 2nd anual toothy critter derby

UPDATE

The generous folks at Bits and Baits have graciously donated some gift cirtificates as prises, head to the end of this thread for more details. :D

More to follow but I'm giving everyone enough time to mark their calendars

EDITTED, new poster submitted by bucketmouth please note, $5 for each species, so if you want both pike and musky then it is $10, or if you jusy want pike then it is $5 and if you catch a musky, good for you but you are out of the money.

And of course the rules

1, Have fun and be friendly
2, One derby entry for pike and one for musky, you can do either one or both.
3, Have fun and be friendly
4, Digital cameras are prefered but a witness to fish size is sufficient, biggest fish is based upon length, rounded down to the closest 1/4 inch
5, Have fun and be friendly
6, Please practice catch and release let em go, let em grow
7, Have fun and be friendly
8, 100% payout for each fish species
9, Have fun and be friendly

I'll update the sign when I get back to work. Maybe I'll even make up a few prizes for this years event too.

Could there be a prize better then the pride of winning such a prestigious event ? :D

Perhaps you should get to change your FH screen name to "king-awesome!!!"

Ha! Sounds like a great derby anyway. Wish I was kicking around for that one!
