Well, since the year i pick to do my first really hardcore ice fishing looks like it'll turn out to be a bust, :( i think the boat will come out to play again. :D But I have a ? We usually have a good amount of ice already on Lake Couchiching at this stage in the year, and this year we do not. Will the PIKE still be in shallow, or should I try a little deeper for them. I just want to get out. (Cabin fever has officially set in)

They are still in the canals and marinas of Lake Erie so I imagine they'll still be shallow in that area too.
