I'm gonna be in Picton this weekend...just wondering if anyone knew a good place to fish from shore, or any tributaries that may have a run on right now...

You can fish off the docks at the launch at Tip of the Bay! Technically, you're not supposed to but everyone does. Hell last year, at least one Salmon was caught off there as well.
Can get crowded though, get there early!
There's also the shoreline along the filtration plant (west side) where I see the odd individual, this is just on the way out of Picton Bay,this however may be a restricted area but ther'll be an operator there who can let you know for sure.
