scugog fishing (for you Legend from Oshawa)
Lake scugog is now heavily fished, but you will get them in that spot where I told you. You will also find the "Mystery Muskie" of Scugog. That's where they cruise through for the muskrats you will see swimming there. If you fish enough you will see them eat one off the surface. you will catch everything in that spot and depending on how cold it has been down there lately I would use minnows but, your temp's are warmer there trust me! I have not lived in Toronto and fished that lake in a year now. In Ottawa and SOOO much better here for that. My grandfather built the houses up on Stephenson point the private one off Island road years ago so as I kid and teenager I spent a lot of time there. It's always been as good as it gets there. Could PM site wouldn't let me today got to love technology!

The bog is an awesome lake! I have fished it probably 50 days this summer. I havent done that great for musky on the lake as I have only boated 6 from there I think and my largest was a 41"... Ottawa is much better for Musky thats for sure but if you like to fish Bass than the Bog can really produce well. 4" Plastic worms texas rigged has been the ticket for me on the Bog when chasing Bass.
