I have no idea how much this one weighed, but I know it was definitely over 5.

Rich, that's a great looking fish and definately looks to be over 5lbs....but ya didn't weight it.

Do you have any other details to support your claim? When caught? Caught on what? Where? etc.

Details......I need details man......

Caught in mid July on a small lake near home, hit a white Strike King Redeye spinnerbait (the most beat up one in the box of course). Wasn't interested in weighing it, just getting some pics and getting her back home. I can tell you it was 23 inches long and member Shmirwin was there to witness it.

It came out of a laydown and just annihilated my spinnerbait, what a fight! I thought I had hooked into a giant pike for sure.
