I might be buying a fly fishing set but I need your expert opinion on what this is worth and if it's worth buying.

The rod is an never-used PRO-TAC GF90 (approx 20 years old and graphite) and the reel is a 'JW Young & Sons says condex on it in a rim fly box' (that's how the seller worded it).

I couldn't find anything on the rod but there are a number or ebay auctions the reel ranging from $20 US to 100$US. The reel definitely sounds like a collectable (i.e. not to be used)

If you're planning to take up flyfishing I would recommend purchasing newer gear. Personally I would be skeptical of using a 20 y/o graphite rod.
