i will be going for cats tonight at victoria............


might bring my other rod....cople cast for eye at the same time......all off this if the weater is ok........


and i will be a victoria this morning on the island for eyes,around 1030am...for a bit...........got to get myself a little eye supper....

missed ya the last few times i went out there,was there last night with my son wow it was windy and cold...got to meet pickeralboy senier and his son was there,well i cought one catfish around 3.2 pounds and a little walleye but it is a start!

Where is Victoria Island?

this hard to explain..........for one thing......we dont excly fish the island it self for cats,we fish behind the library,,,,,,,,,on the ottawa side........and we do go on the island for eyes.......


you can do a serch............victorias island.....or on joco.............you will se post frome pints or tallpaul..........they show a map..it say where to go.......


you can go on bronson almost the the north end...you will turn on the left,,and firts right go for it....you will find a way under the road..like a little tunel go true,,,,,,,,,,,,,strait far end off the parking.....we usely park there..thats for the cats and some eys to.........<

i am sher people will explane better then me........

i dont no the name off the roads....................i just follow the scent...




man there is startinf to have a lot off people fishing victoria,,,,,,,,,,thats great.................we should start.................THE VICTORIA ISLAND FISHING ASSOCIATION.................

Thought it might be around Manotick or Black Rapids somewhere. That's about as far as I've been fishing around Ottawa. Just now looked at the pics.
WAY DOWNTOWN......not fer this country boy. Looks like fun though.

OK HERE IT GOES............

ITS OFFICIAL............WE HAVE A KING OFF CATS....... ''PINTS''
(i guest worm was the bait off the night ha pints,,, )

PINTS caught 15 cats tonight........... what a night for HIM.................

I manage to catch 6 cats...and a BIG LING.(actualy went to look in the books it was a burbot somthing like that)and do think pepinno fish was it to,,,,,........thats was it for me... (maquerel was not the bit off the night,,,,,, )
but man it was a fun night............always great to meeth you guys......pints.....peppino and fishstick.....

peppino manage to catch 2 cats and a nice ling to...(but was there only 1 hour,so it was good......

fishstick manage to catch aprox 8 cats could me more,,,??.........i think......



so it was up to........31 cats,all size and 2 good size ling.......so i gues they start to bit over there,,,,,,,,,,,,,



so it was a great night again............can t wait to go back.....


the worms was the bait off the night......we did catch fish on all kind off bait but worms outfish other tonight......

Well, not exactly the King of cats, it was certainly my night to have the luck. They were all on the small side but a lot of fun to catch. Worms rule!
