OTAWA RIVER

I often get stuck on the river in the summer and I dont know how to navagate my boat in I would think to play with the throttle give it gas then let off but what do you all guys do I use a 16 foot lund with a 50 hp yamaha 4 stroke.

I haven't had the privilege of fishing the Ottawa River yet, but it's the backyard playground of many here & I'm sure someone can give you a few tips.

What do you mean "stuck"? Does your motor quit?
