Re Fishing Niagara bar - Some very nice fish fellows. Congrats on trying sausage for bait. Along the same line....
Although I no longer have the reference ....fresh chicken breast cut into minnow like shapes is another bait that has been used very successfully when jigging for lakers Its worth a try when nothing else seems to work.
