Who would have known....he lives down the road from me! I've been in the dark.
Found on a US website

Richard Sims, known as "Big Bass Rich", is an up and coming outdoor writer, who has knowledge and expertise well beyond his years. Don't let his age fool you, as he is a foremost authority on Canadian bass fishing, as well as other species, and has been published by numerous websites and papers. You will certainly enjoy and learn something from his articles.

FH.Net is privileged to have both BBR and Big Jim here to share their expertise. Good stuff.

I'm excited about this. I'm looking forward to BBR unlocking a few 6 pounder secrets here on the bay for me next year.
I think we've all been dooped. He he posts all those skunk and rockbass reports and all along he's out there slaying monster bass.
He'll be seeing the striper behiind him this year! I'll be following the hound next year. I just gotta figure out how to launch it in the pond at dover.

In all seriousness BBR, congrats on getting your articles out there. I've always thought your writting passion was your strength. Good to see you making headway.
I look forward to future reads.

I agree 100%. Rich, once and a while you seem to fall off the tracks, but your articles are the 1 thing I think you can hang your hat on.
Again, if this is something you are passionate about and want to pursue, I strongly recommend you PM Justin Hoffman and start some dialog. He is one of the few canadians I have met who is well established in the written community.

lol, thanks Markus.
My sponsor, Steve Vonbrandt, wrote up that profile for me. I really had nothing to do with it. He said I am a "foremost authority" lol, I can't really agree with that. You're right this past year was terrible.. lots of skunks and rock bass reports. Perhaps I am the foremost authority on rock bass fishing?

One BBR rockbass report is worth five regular reports. Include me in your fan base. You have a gift in making people laugh...especially when you make those googlie

eyes.

BBR,
That's a nice write-up from your sponsor (and also from Markus)

.
And don't fret the rockbass -- I feel they are grossly underappreciated.

You'll kick bass next season, I'm sure.
