DATE: Sat 17th & Sun 18th September (The main day will be Sat but all are welcome to join us on the 18th too)

Rockland launch fees: $15.00 for a day pass.

Since our visit last weekend , alot of people have pm'd me wanting us to organize a fall weekend back in Rockland in September.


MT has offered up his lot for boats and camping and a get together Saturday night. Please let us know in your post if you'll be camping.

Spinner has promised to unveil the new Fall thong line and John will demonstrate the art of making mais....and MT will give a "how to bleach your spinnerbaits so they are all white" demo...and Bacon will have a Yop booth at th ramp with rainsuits.....there'll be more than enough entertainment with the gang I was with this past weekend there...so post if your in, and if you need a seat or have a boat...we'll tabulate it here.... :wink:

Derby Details (Optional for those who want in)

$5 per person for the Bass derby
- 1 fish per person
- Largest fish wins 75%
- 2nd Largest wins 25%
- Fish to be brought back to the rockland launch for the weigh in.
- 1lb penalty for dead fish.

$5 per person for the Pike derby
- 1 fish per person measured to 1/4"
- Largest fish wins 75%
- 2nd Largest wins 25%
- Honour system to be used. Digital pictures preferred.

I'm in for sure always a great time had when everyone gets together and perhaps this time some monster fish caught too. We'll be checking MT's livewell before we leave the docks this time around haha :wink:

I have to work Pearl Jam the night before.....and have a guest in to fish on the Sunday..... :lol: ...Busy weekend... :shock:

Have confirmation for Misses Livewell.

For those who wish to swing by after fishing, we are 10 minutes up the road from Rockland.
We have a big lot, with lots of room for parking vehicles and boats.
We can have a bon-fire, and for those who wish to consume a few pops, please bring along tents - no drinking and driving please.

We can firm up the details a little more as we get closer to launch time. Sure hope everyone can make it.
