I will be buing a fishfinder soon in the 200$ range...
What features should I be looking for?
What screen size?
What brand do you suggest?
Any additional info would be greatly appreciated...

I suggest you look at the Cuda series from Eagle. They range from 109.99 to just above 200 I think. If I were you I would buy the Cuda 168. It has an excellent screen, lots of options and it comes with a temp sensor, and there after sale service is second to none(my experience anyways).

Hey Steve,
The Fishmark is an excellent unit but it would be nearly impossible to get one for $200. If you can spare the extra cash Fish you would really enjoy that unit.

Thanks for the info....I forgot to mention that I want a portable on which are a bit more expensive....
So far, I narrowed down my search to the Eagle Portable Fish Easy 240.
Any thought on this unit?
