There are a couple of phrases in there that lead me to think I know who it was...but I can't speculate so I ain't going to start that post. I could also be way out in left field and the game ended an hour ago...it will come in due time...

I wish you all the luck in this action.
Only by letting the public be aware of these transgressions, will we as Law abiding citizens be able to affect a change in legislature.
What this man did was criminal and should be treated as such.
Testimonies by others with similiar incidents will go far to help.
