Going out of business
Well if you can find some old factory "going out of business" maybe you can go in there and buy all the little guages your heart desires...
I was hoping the pic would work... first time using myfishing pictures.. I'm sure it won't be there for long... lol, but it gets the joke across.

I still haven't given up on this.
In fact, I think I found the perfect piece I need.

Gauge Mount Angle Ring
It looks perfect for what I am trying to accomplish, getting just a bit of angle for the gauges.
Problem is, I found it a Summit Racing (a catalog store anyone who works on cars or trucks would be familiar with). I would prefer to find one locally, rather than order it up from the States. But they ain't at CT or Walmart.
Or something like this that I found at the Auto Meter (manufacturer) website.

Can anyone recommend a local (Ottawa) shop that might stock something like this?
thanks

Well, I finally got the gauges installed. I think they look pretty good.
The front (right) is the cranking battery.
The rear (left) is the deep cycle battery.

View from beside the boat. You can't see it really well because of the flash, but I have tied the gauges into the Nav lights. Very slick.

Now, I don't think we want to argue the value of the gauges again. But I can tell you this much, I need to charge my cranking battery.
