G'day lads,
If I might point you to the SQ (Sûreté du Québec or QPP) website on drinking and boating. God love this province... almost makes it worth the extra taxes we pay.

To sum it up, as long as you aren't incapacitated. you're good to go. So, bottom's up!

Booz and boats/water are not made to be together !
How many people a year drown drunk in there own back yard pool lol ! I personally think that theres nothing better then having a beer at the launch after a long day fishing ! I'm a quebec resident ............ and thats one rule I think should be removed ...... drinking in a boat ishhhhhhhhhhhh !

True.... but I certanly wont jump and drown myself for some drunken person in the river thats dancing in a boat and tips over ! It's their rights and it's legal then they should be prepared for accidents !
