Who goes fishing and comes back with only bird photos!?!

It is common Knowledge around C.P. that these birds are in our area. I have spotted these birds over a dozen times. Usually they hang out from the Mcneely ave. bridge down to the Arklan. And yes I know the difference between a Osprey and a Bald Eagle. There has also been stories in our local paper about these birds in our area.
