ice fishing Arnprior/Braeside

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Guess so Pete, maybe I had the wrong name of the lake. Maybe it was part of the Ottawa but the signs near the ramp said Muskrat st. It was the lake I went to last april with Andy, Eric and Terry. And when we drove by on Wednesday it was water where I was. There is a big chip stand up at the main road down to the launch. Guess I have the wrong name. But whatever it was, it was open water, and we drove from here to North Bay and most of the Ottawa up that way that was visible had alot of open water. Regardless I wouldnt be going out on what ice is still there.
