Bass Fishing today

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Maybe somebody can clarify this for me...

The MNR website says:
Anglers should continue to use the 2005-2006 Summary until December 31, 2007
Where are you guys getting this rule about bass being closed on the river?

I assure the good readers of FH, the bass caught are in season. And I was no where near 10 hours from home.

Back out tomorrow for another go.

Badger, did I call you fat? I remember saying that your get togethers never seem to involve fishing, only eating.

Tough to break the law when it's all just a dream in your head...

The only photo I have ever seen of Taylor was when he entered a 2lb largie in the Nickle Club, and started all sorts of controversy back then. But surprise, surprise - even that photo depicted someone other than himself...

Would of loved to of seen the cooler full of walleye, though...

Good Fishing,

Taylor you made a post last year about seeing us in pics and maybe we should lay off the food at the get togethers. So the implication was there. Maybe you were trying to be funny but it was not taken that way by many of us.

Keep going this is entertaining.

Guys...guys.

He is posting a fishing report....

Mind you I believe it is for reaction value....

I don't think he even had a fishing rod...

But non the less if he wants to post he can....if you don't like it don't answer(hook line and sinker...he got you).

Like I said before if you pay it no attention he'll get tired of no reaction and go back to whatever else keeps him entertained.

The old regs are still in effect until Dec 31 2007. Those new ones come into effect Jan 1 2008.

Like I said Crunchy. The good readers of FH. (because they can read)

Your clique should be careful before jumping all over someone. I hope you haven't ruined another thread today and have it removed. It would be nice to leave it up so people can learn about regulations and how to read.

O.k this is out of control...We are all fisherpeople on here and you try and tell me that you have never exagerated a little in your stories of fish like the time I caught 40 walleye in 30 seconds fishing off the coast of PEI...or the time I was in Nam and I was fishing the delta grand for carp and that big squid came and took my bait..or the time......see my point, if you say you have never exagerated a fish story then I say lier lier pants on fire. Taylor may or may not be telling the truth but it is a story right???? Did I ever tell you the time my father caught a 40" shinner while fishing for baracuda in the Ottawa

We are all guilty of it I am sure so just take it for what it is....a fish story.

Wallyeyeboss,

The Nov 30th closing date posted in the 2007 Changes document is for Lake Nippissing specifically. All other closing dates have not changed.

What did I miss Walleyeboss?
http://publicdocs.mnr.gov.on.ca/View.as ... t_ID=25944

Here is the Link of the Regualtion changes for 2007 it clearly says that Bass closes Nov.30th.
WHAT YOU SEE IS FOR LAKE NIPISSING !!!!! You see that heading "Lake Nipissing" and that gray square, well it means all that info is for Lake Nipissing.

I am on taylor's side.

BTW-taylor, wanna head out for some largies to that lake I mentioned in the PM?
