Hey TM. I think I just saw one of your ads in Musky Hunter this past month. I thought, "Hey, I know him!" (As if we've met, but you know what I mean.) Tyler got a bang out of it.
I think it was Musky Hunter, anyway! Senior moment here...could have been In Fisherman. But then you would know! Unless you're like me...forgetful, forgetful, forgetful.
Now what were we just talking about?
W.
Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.
Must be getting close to 1,000 between fishing & hunting. Have boxes & boxes. Never know when you need to look up an old article.
Now the wifes opinion is not always simular.
I used to save em all, InFisherman,Ont Out of Doors, Fishing Facts, Chronzie's Mag, InSider, Field and Stream and the Atlantic Salmon Journal.
A couple years ago, I decided enough and saved ALL the walleye articles from Infisherman, Ont O-o-D, Chronzies mag, Fishing Facts.
Gonna divide them into the seasons and make a scrap book for each season to review before it comes along and get my mind thinking in the proper time frame.
SAved the In Insider back to Vol 1 NO1 and my ASF Journals.
NOW, I'm getting rid of the ASF Journals on eBay, there's a market for mag back in the 60's and 70's and 80's.
My filing cabinet is full.
The fishing library has over (at last count - 1994) over 250 books, many many first editions, signed by authors. I watch eBay to see what they're worth as these will not be sold in my lifetime and my son has laid claim to them.
Cleaning out the storage unit and selling a lot on eBay, reels and soon some old fly rods.
