Went out to a local crappie lake in the rain for a few hours today. Marked lots of suspended fish in 27' of water 16' down. Most had lock jaw but 5 crappie finally decide it was chow time. No biggies , all 8" to 8.5" clones of each other.

Not at shades and ice is 12" . Lake ranges from 2' to 28'. Small kettle lake.
