Hey Ratsotail,
The only place I know of, which I just had told to me again is on Triole in the east end, just off St. Laurent Blvd. I believe it's on the south side of the Queensway, east side of St. Laurent, but don't quote me on that
Apparenty there's a guy there that does them. It's not a big street so I imagine he'd be easy to find.
Last time my buddy had them done, it was $25 to get two sets done

You may want to spend more wisely and just buy a new set
Incidently, FYI, he wasn't thrilled with the job

sharping
Hey
There is a place on Catherine that sharpings everything.... I had a set sharpened last year and it was less then $5 I think... Its a block after the bus station. I can't remember the name of it but its same building as the martial arts gym, big yellow sign. It has something to do with sharping.
