Just stopped by to see how everyone made out on the weekend. Man you guys/gals had it rough out there. Congrats on the success. If any of you are gluttons for punishment you are more than welcome to join the Quinte board gettogether at the end of Nov. Great pics

Hey Dan, welcome to the board.
We had an awesome time fishing Quinty. Fish-Hawk adventure weekends always seem to brig on the bad weather, but as you can tell from the pics, we're used to it!
I personally find the Quinte board to be a little secretive and at times, tough to get any information. The Bay of Quinte is an awesome fishery and I am privileged to have had the oppurtunity to enjoy a weekend on it.
I hope you'll visit our board regularly and share a few reports from on of the best fishing areas in Ontario!

Welcome to Fish-Hawk...As you know Bay of Quinte is still a world class trophy walleye fishery. The anglers just have to change their approach and get out into the deep water and go after the suspended eyes. I am glad I could offer pointers to all of the Hawkers so they could see the amazing fishing that Picton/Kingston has to offer. I also think alot of these eyes stay suspended all summer in the North Channel and Adolphus Reach.
See ya' on the Bay of Quinte!

Hey Guys, I just wanted to let you know that I've learned more about fishing quinte here than anywhere else. Especially with the results of your last trip. Thanks for sharing.
The fishing there has changed so much and the 'eyes have gone deep compared to years ago. Trolling Uzicks and worm harness is a good all round presentation as mentioned in Quintefishing, but theres more to it than that
