Town Launch at Mississippi Lake

I was thinking of putting my boat in the water for the first time this weekend does anyone know if the public boat launch at Mississippi Lake in Carleton Place is open?

I didn't see anything on the town web site.

It is open. Not 100% sure if docks are in though.
