any ice anywhere?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Hi,
Kind of doubt it but was wondering if there was any ice in Calabogie area back lakes or anywhere else? I am sure there isn't a lot anywhere and with this snow on top, it would be a real mess and really sketchy anywhere. Just looking to see if anyone has ventured out on the ice(walking) close to shore....

nope......no safe ice anywhere. Just a ton of slush on what is maybe 1" of ice. This crap needs to melt and re-freeze!! :x :x :cry:

Someone is gonna get a soaker if they try.... :shock:

Couple night in the negative teens and we may see some ice of use.
