Have yet to take a crack at Mississippi walleyes have heard that there are some biggins' just curious as to where to start? Deep ??shallow?? Jigging, trolling whatever helps

Hello, as being new to the forum and to fishing in the Ottawa area... I too am also interested in targeting some walleye on Mississippi Lake. Any helpful info on how and where to fish for them would be greatly appreciated.
Most of the world is covered by water.

Mississippi is a shallow lake - in my experience there you need to find weeds in 10 - 20 feet of water.
