417 east all the way to the 174 rockland. The 417 splits into the 174 so stick left when ur in Ottawa . Then when you are on the 174 keep going for a while and the first set if lights on that high way you take a left on trim rd

Somebody posted a map of the islands a few days ago., to find your way when you get there
