I've been out for a few hours here and there and the quality and amount of walleye i've caught has just been amazing!
A buddy from up north came down for bow hunting and I brought him and his daughter out one afternoon. They couldn't believe the size we caught.
Within 1 hour of fishing, we already had 4 in the livewell and released 1 that was 8.9 lbs and another 7.8 lbs. They weren't used to jigging and lost quite a few decent fish. We packed up quick as his daughter had cold hands. I had only hit one of my favorite spots.

I can just imagine Quinte. If the weather stays this way, should be good!

Honestly, now is the best time right until ice freeze starts. Unless it starts to rain heavily, then were screwed. If i take time off i'll let you know and we can connect.
