Barefoot fishing?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Never!!!! I'd rather have the weird tan lines than sunburnt feet.
When hell freezes over, I'll be there icefishing!!!

Never! I hate barefeet as a general rule....even if they're my own feet.
Sandals if I'm going to be going into the water and sometimes if it's a nice enough day. Always shoes on a boat.

Sometimes, but rarely.

Nothing hurts so much as a big dog, with big paws, grinding his nails into your bare foot when he barrels over to check out your catch.

On summer days, I'm usually in sandals, even in the boat.

Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.

Barefoot?

Pfffft....

I fish naked. Those aren't orange shirts I am wearing... I am actually related to Ernie and Burt from Sesame Street... That is why I don't often ice fish; No on wants to get into a Clam Shelter with me.

Seriously... I fish with sandals on... like Walleye boss I end up with the oddest tan lines that look a little like a waffle.. but at least I am not doing my Jesus on Easter impression and don't have a hook or two stuck in my feet.

Always barefoot when in the boat, temperature permitting. I find I have a better feel for the trolling motor control barefoot. A little spf 30 takes care of the sunburn. I'm also a clumsy sob, so I trip myself up a lot less when barefoot.

When I was 4, watching Seasame Street, I used to play with the tint on the TV...

Dad would freak out when he couldn't tell the difference between Willie O'Ree and Jaques Laperrier!

If I had a boat ... and if I had a casting deck ... then I'd likely go barefoot ...
