Rainbow Trout and Lake Trout from the same Rock

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Rainbow Trout and Lake Trout from the same Rock

Post by The Nipigon »

Good evening fellow Hawkers, just another short report. It was a nice warm evening all the chores were done, so I thought I take the dog down to the river and since I'm going to be there I took my rod with me. This was a little longer than the last trip (40 minutes two fish and back to the house) First fish hooked was a nice/mean fighting Rainbow taking to the air a half dozen times... :D Not long after hooked into a nice little Laker.

All in all it was a good evening, the dog got her walk I hooked a couple of trout.

Tight Lines 8)
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, fishing rod in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!."
