navplanner error

since last season i havn't used my navpanner. Tried to load charts on it the other nite and it won't load charts off my chip, all of a sudden! Gives me a security error? Ive tried to download the updates .....still doesn't work.. Anyone had this happen?

I can view my old sd chips but I get the error message with my new chip (Canada & SE Alaska). Sent them an e-mail a week ago and have not received anything as of yet.

Marble Eyes, just got off the phone with Navionics, what you need to do is update your card reader. Go to their website and follow the instructions to upgrade your nav planner.

I have tried to update.... unless i updated incorrectly..???

You need to send an e-mail to navionics, they in return will send you a 12 digit code for you to utilize to update your card planner.
