i like to keep the 4-5 lbs pike they make 2 huge fillets.
one for super the other for my lunch!
a 10 + lbs pike is just too much meet for me alone.
stephanie not beeing a big fan of fish ....
i dont freeze fish..
i tend to forget them and they freezer burn straight to the garbage!

Great report guys and "almost" makes me want to go ice fishing. 
I think if I had that much luck with big fish like that then I might actually enjoy it. To each is own though, and as the saying goes....you won't catch anything through the ice unless you get out.
Maybe some year I will.
