This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Lac Roddick....aka/ Lac Rond is South East of Maniwaki. There are Bass, Pike, Walleye and Lake Trout. The lake is almost split in half by a large point creating two basins. The North basin has a large Island and an in-flow in the North West section. That's about as much info I'll provide It is a busy lake. Good luck out there man and don't forget to take lotsa pic's

my father stay on lac roddick. st therese side. accross plage paul camping.we are there since 1974.

what you want to fish.?

there is in that lake.

lakers
walleye
sturgeons
perch
catfish
whitefish
rockbass
sunfish
pike
.great for bass.

most people fish for lakers.

and night time for walleye.

its the same water as the 31 mile lake that is where the head water is,,that drop in a few little lake then are lake then we outflow in the gatineau river.

in 1974 we got a major fload there ..the water level went up...about 25 fett.truly.....  ..so the outflow became an inflow.

that is why we have strgeons and catfish and walleye now.since.

good lake for lakers to.

good luck.

ho yes there some weeds in some bays.

but its mainly a rocky lake and real deap to in some area.

and clear water

Was up there once.

In a full week I caught 6 bass, only 2 over 2lbs. A 5 lb pike, and a baby Walleye. It's beautiful up there though. Water is crystal clear.
