Even if it was true... anyone can just park and drop a tinny, jon, or kayak/canoe in there at several points legally and get in there easy.
Maybe a good Fish-Hawk outing should happen to fish this lake... its worth it. When was the last one? Everybody can launch via my buddy's place if all else fails.
