Muskie

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Muskie will always be an incidental catch for me. For what ever reason I was never bitten by the "muskie bug".
I think muskie, as all fish, need to be taken in a manor most conductive to their well being if a release is planned.
It is well documented that muskie stress quickly as water temp rises, so if you are going to go after these magnificent fish, do it with the proper gear to give them every shot at a full recovery.
