A pioneer of competitive, catch and release bass fishing tournaments in Québec for more than
20 years, Pro- Bass Canada (formally Pro-Bass Québec) is again going through a
transformation. With the recently formed Anglers Committee, and made up of competing
anglers from Quebec, Ontario and United States, Pro-Bass Canada is poised to go to the next
level: the age of information. Pro-Bass Canada has set a new mission for itself: the sharing of
the collective knowledge of its competing members for the benefit of all anglers. Through our
multimedia website, we will bombard anglers with valuable information about techniques, the
equipment and the fishing strategies of this ever growing sport. The tricks of the trade and the
secrets of the elite will now be available to all interested anglers.
In 2009, Pro-Bass Canada has something to offer to everyone: 5 high level tournaments
starting with Magog, followed by Lefaivre, Cornwall and Longueuil, culminating with a
two-day Classic on two of the best bodies of water in the region: the St-Lawrence river
and Lake St-Francis. A total of 4 Princecraft, 3 Mercury motors, cash paybacks for
competing anglers, all kinds of prizes for its members and a website filled with great
information. The future of fishing is here!
