Hey!! Yeah I was there, he caught 2 chunky bows, MMA goe another.. I got skunked lol. Still had fun though.
The trout are in my freezer, going to fillet them this weekend... No offence james, but you have to work on your filleting skills

No Peter...I'm pretty sure Jamsers would have pulled mmaanglers Clam and his gear out to the lake using one of his sleds so they could be nice and toasty

No CLAMS, no heaters LOL!
We left the sleds at home.....
Nope just us 3, some minnows, worms a manual auger.....
It was awsome I had 3 hits on top of the two I caught...
Man I love to trout fish!

If ya think that was fun catching trout through the ice, try catching them with a fly rod this spring

I can imagine it would be pretty sweet.
I looked into fly gear last season but it seemed like gobbly-gook to me.
Not sure of weight, fly's etc.
Not to mention I've never done it so my technique would be POOR!!!
