fish cat 4 float tube

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

fish cat 4 float tube

Post by lars56ca »

I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I've got a fish cat 4 float tube and am having trouble with the foam that goes in place for the seat. The first piece goes in ok, (as per the instructions) but, I can't seem to get the second piece in. I called the manufacturer and they say it should fit, but without trimming it, I can't see how. Thank you.

Joco..

thanks for the link. I found exactly what I was looking for. Everything I read there said the seat will fit, but you have to force it a bit and they all gave little bits of advice.. One in particular stood out and I'm surprised I hadn't thought of it myself. I must be gettin' old. It went something like this
"Just pretend your foam seat is J Lo's derrier, and the float tube is a pair of jeans..."

For anyone who's got the same style float tube, the above instructions work like a charm!!

Thanks again Joco!

Or you could pretend that the seat is Joco and the tube is JLo's tight jeans . then you would get the picture real good!!!

Sorry Joco!!!!!

Joco,

Careful where you swim in that wetsuit. Wouldn't want you to end up like this one! ;-)
