Wild Tv, Anyone see it yet?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Post by Dartee »

Just got the notice that another channel will be available for the the fisher/hunter.

"Starting February 7, 2008, Star Choice is offering Wild TV (ch. 456) - Canada's first 24-hour hunting and fishing channel dedicated to Canadian hunters, anglers and outdoorsmen and women. Wild TV offers original programming that captures the thrill of hunting and fishing in the Canadian wilderness as well as other favorite outdoors shows from across North America

Wild TV is being offered as a free preview from February 7 to March 7, 2008. After March 7, it will be available as a Pick 'n' Pay option ($2.49 Take 1 or $2.99 Take 2 with another Pick 'n' Pay channel).
."

Better not let the wife see this

I have had it on Bell Express Vu Channel 389 since Last October...hunting/fishing24/7 :D

They cover everything from coyote to water buffalo and visit just about every part of the globe.

You get a package with WFN and some others (OLN-Golf) for around $5/month. The WFN is a really close second but the hunting, hunting, hunting all the time on Wild TV rounds it out for me. :P

My wife actually asked me to subscribe to it. Seems that after the free preview that Bell Express Vu had expired I might have been complaining a bit about not having it...I was going through Wild TV withdrawl. To make a long story short, I guess she couldnt stand to listen to me anymore and there it was on the next bill. :D :D

I hope this works with a new boat this summer

Anyway Wild TV is pretty Cool Stuff!

Great channel. They have a line-up of some of my favorite shows that WFN does not offer and a great way to pass the time to avoid watching WFN's very boring and repetetive commercials

In-Fisherman TV
PWT
Jim Shockey's Hunting Adventures
Bass Edge TV
Yamahas Fishing Club Journal
The Dimestore Fisherman
Getting Hooked
Fishing with Joe Bucher
Cableas Outfitter Journal

and many other top-notch hunting and fishing shows :D

I would suggest anyone who has this channel available to them to check it out.
