Mr. J I would be there if I wasn't going to be away on a canoe trip. I wish you the best of luck but I don't think you"ll need it due to the cool new lures you"ve made!

UPDATE

The kind and generous folks at Bits and Baits have donated some gift cirtificates as door prizes.

Here's how it will work.

Everyone who shows up at Broadways for the post fish festivities will get a ticket for a draw towards one or more of the gift cirtifiactes.

For each and every pike or musky that you catch, regardless of size, gets you another ticket for each fish. In other words, show up, get a ticket, catch 3 pike, get three more tickets, regardless of the size of pike or musky.

Of course the cash goes towards largest of each species or if only 1 species is caught all of the money goes for the biggest fish.

I'll be handing out a sheet for you to write down your largest catch of the day so try and keep it a secret and I'll announce the sizes at Broadways.

Last year the rain and cold scared off a lot of people so I don't count on anyone showing up

We'll know who is there Sunday morning at 7 am

P.S. Should anyone just want to show up Sunday at Broadways in BarrHaven to do a meet and greet then please feel free to do so.

I've also got a couple of non fish-hawkers showing interest

If we get 10 boats out I would call this an amazing success

But even if we have a small crowd, which were solid good guys last year, it will also be a complete success

Anyone who doesn't come out doesn't know what they are missing out on.
