Port Hope July 28 & 29

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Tenline and I headed for Port Hope for a couple days. Weather was perfect and the fish cooperated. Here are a few pics.

Nice looking fish, Brian! Brings back memories of living in Whitby, and heading out on my buddies Lund in search of kings and silvers..

And no, I don't have any salmon gear to sell you...

Good Fishing,
Justin

Thanks for the report BTS - and nice looking fish. I've been thinking of making a trip to PH myself in the very near future, and your report is making me very anxious to get at'em. Nothing like a screaming king on the end of your line.

Brian you and Tenline did well, nice work.
Is that the back of a Starcraft ?, I am headed down thursday to port hope, and the back of my boat seems to resemble yours.
I am not in the derby but hope to board a few.
If you don't mind telling I would love to know how far out you found bait and salmon ?
good fishing .

Just returned from a two week vacation in New Brunswick and I was just cruising the site to see what has been happening. I always know that Bts and Tenline can get into some great fish and by the looks of those beauts, I certainly wasn't disappointed. Well done guys!!!! :D

Ah Port Hope, another place I need to get my butt down to and have a whirl at those babys. Great job and I bet the fight was amazing.

Too many places....so little time.
