Lak'er,
I believe the cost is somewhere between $50 - $70 for the season, a weekend pass is over 2/3 of the ull year cost. ( don't quote me cause this info was from a few years back)
I am not 100% sure about ice fishing, I suppose you could however you would have to snowshoe, or snowmobile in as the road isn't plowed.
Joco,
I know the last lake does have lakers, but the lake goes down in parts to over 250' so catching them is probably very difficult although I have never tried personally...
I have a couple of boats up there ready to go on the petite lacs or the big lake anytime either of you are in the area and want to go fishing.

Tip-up,
Thanks for the welcome. Yes, my cottage is right around the corner from Johnson Lake. I haven't fished Johnson, but know lots of guys that do.
The stream you are talking about flows in and out of my lake on the mountain, then down along the hwy. I think it's the Quyon River.
I know your pain about concentrating on all of the great trout lakes around the area...sometimes you don't know where to start. Trout fishing can be tough up around there, but if you get one it's usually large.
Talk soon,
Scott

Welcome Mak'er, unfortunately this guy only knows how to insult and ridicule people. He was on here under another name not to long ago and was deleted so its only a matter of time before he is gone again. And there are a couple of others who only post crap and never post fishing related topics, you will figure out who they are. As for the site it really is for the most part a very informative place and you do meet alot of nice guys and gals who share in the passion of fishing.
