Silver Lake open?

Anyone know if Silver Lake, south of Perth on #7, is open? I believe Lake Trout are open all year so they might be near the surface, that is, if the lake is open. Any Rainbow lakes open? I'm getting desperate.

Afternoon, I drove by Silver Lake Friday afternoon and there was NO open water. Shore lines did look weak though. Glenn
