Ice hut rental around ottawa??

Its too bad that those people ruin it for everyone. I said people and not Fisherman because in my mind fisherman are people that respect and cherishe the environment they are using.

I am leaning towards baitcasters, do they have holes in their hut. The people I plan on bringing aren't used to being outside fishing and it is going to be hard enough to convince one of them already and if their is no fishing inside the hut I mind as well forget about it.

Unfortunatly there was alot of people cramming junk into the holes. And this was quite apparent during the thaw. And there just isnt a way too keep people from doing it.

I can't believe people throw garbage down the holes.

Here on Long Point Bay, there's 1o0's of huts with inside holes to rent and people throwing garbage down the holes is unheard of.

believe it....maybe as awareness has changed it may have changed too since they did have holes last...who knows.

Well if they stuff garbage down the holes in the hut would they not do it outside? $100 deposit, when your done if the hut is clean and no garbage in the holes it's returned. Never heard of this being an issue, very sad.
