Boat storage needed - Friends getting divorced

Well, last night I found out that a close couple my wife and I know (in Milton where we live) are getting divorced and selling their house. :cry:

Now, I've got to find a new place to store my boat.

I usually put my boat away sometime in early-mid December.

Any ideas that are cheap as I know some of the storage facilities are asking about $50/mo :shock: . and that's outdoors !!
